A unique process
Matured using ABP’s patented Ultra-Tender® process, our carcasses are hip hung and hyper stretched immediately after slaughter. This guarantees the consistency and tenderness of our organic beef, encouraging the natural breakdown of muscle fibres as each carcass hangs and matures prior to deboning. Each carcass then undergoes sympathetic chilling to prevent cold shortening. This unique process is a key reason our organic beef sits in a league of its own.
